1. 하나님의 (관점)으로 보기
- 세상에 대한, 사람에 대한 여유, 자신감이 생긴다.
- 하나님의 관점으로 볼 때, 장애물을 내 인생의 장애물이 아닌 것을 깨닫는 지혜가 된다.
- 같은 것을 봐도, 다르게 볼 수 있는 눈이 생긴다.
- 큐티를 통해서 세상을 하나님 아버지의 관점으로 보는 관점이 생긴다.
2. 하나님의 (음성) 듣기
- 하나님과 친밀한 교제가 시작되고, 하나님의 마음을 이해하게 된다.
- 기록된 성경을 통해서, 선포되는 말씀을 통해서, 하나님께서 우리에게 말씀하신다.
- 하나님이 나에게 말씀하시는 방법을 터득하게 된다.
3. 영적 (분별력)
- 하나님께서 원하시는 것이 무엇인지 깨닫게 되어 삶이 정리된다.
- 내가 해야할 것과 하지 말아야 할 것에 대한 선이 분명해진다.
- 현실 세계에서 그리스도인으로 해야할 말, 해야할 태도, 하나님의 어떤 것을 선택하는 것이 하나님이 기뻐하시는 것인가? 분별하게 된다.
4. (내적치유)와 자아상의 회복
- 말씀을 읽기 때문에 내면적인 치유와 회복이 일어난다.
- 하나님이 나를 얼마나 사랑하시는지를 발견하게 된다.
- 하나님은 나를 사랑하십니다. 그런데 내가 나를 사랑하지 않는 경우가 있다.
- 규칙적으로 자주 만나야 한다.
5. (기도)의 훈련
- 묵상의 내용을 위해 기도를 하게 되기 때문에 기도의 훈련이 된다.
- 나를 위한 기도, 나눔 모임을 함께 하는 사람들을 위한 기도
6. (순종)의 훈련 (**)
- 묵상의 내용을 적용하기 때문에 하나님 말씀에 대한 훈련이 된다.
- 큐티를 통해서 적용을 하게 되면, 입으로 하는 순종이 아니라, 내 몸으로 하는 순종이 된다.
- 실천할 것을 구체적으로 찾아간다. 다짐하고 결정하고, 행동한다.
7. 하나님의 (성품)
- 하나님을 알게 되므로 하나님의 성품이 드러나게 된다.
- 매일매일 말씀을 통하여 하나님을 닮아간다.
- 하나님이 우리가 교회되기 원하신다.

1. Seeing from God’s (Perspective)
- There is a sense of freedom and confidence in the world and people.
- From God's point of view, it becomes the wisdom to realize that obstacles are not obstacles in my life.
- Seeing the same thing creates different eyes.
- Through the QT, the perspective of seeing the world from Heavenly Father's point of view arises.
2. Hearing God's (Voice)
- Intimate fellowship with God begins, and you begin to understand God's heart.
- Through the written Bible, through the preached word, God speaks to us.
- I learn how God speaks to me.
3. Spiritual (discerning)
- Life is organized by realizing what God wants.
- The lines of what I should and shouldn't do become clear.
- In the real world, what to say, what to say as a Christian, and what is God's choice is pleasing to God? to differentiate
4. (Inner healing) and self-image recovery
- Because of reading the Word, inner healing and restoration take place.
- Discover how much God loves you.
- God loves me. But there are times when I don't love myself.
- You must meet regularly.
5. The discipline of (prayer)
- Because we pray for the content of meditation, it becomes a training of prayer.
-Prayer for me, prayer for those in the sharing group
6. The discipline of (obedience) (**)
- Because the content of meditation is applied, it becomes a training for the Word of God.
- If you apply it through the QT, it is not obedience with your mouth, but obedience with your body.
- Find specific things to do. Commit, decide, and act.
7. God's (Disposition)
- Knowing God reveals God's disposition.
- We become more like God through the Word every day.
- God wants us to be a church.
