1. 금년에 우리가 함께 도전할 목표는 ‘한 영혼을 주님께로…'(One Soul to the Lord)입니다. 주님께서 주신 위대한 사명(마 28:19-20)은 한 영혼의 구원을 위해 기도하며 헌신하는 것으로 부터 시작됩니다. 이제부터는 그동안 우리 모두가 기도해왔던 모든 영혼들을 거두어 주님의 창고에 드리는 수확의 계절이 되기를 기도합니다.
The goal we strive to achieve this year is “One Soul to the Lord.” Our ability to reach this goal begins with dedication toward and prayer for one soul to be saved in obedience to the Great Commission. We challenge you to consistently pray for someone you are looking to evangelize and complete an evangelism card.

2. 지난 금요일(9월 9일) 8:00 pm 에 손*일, 이*영 집사님의 장녀 손*신 자매님이 침례로 그의 신앙을 고백했습니다. 침례식은 교역자들과 부모님과 영어부 식구들이 참여한 가운데 장성진 형제님의 집례로 거행되었습니다. 손*신 자매님은 금주 목요일에 University of California Irvine 으로 학업을 위해서 떠납니다. 그곳에서도 주님과 동행하도록 여러분 식구들의 기도지원을바랍니다.
Last Friday (9/9) at 8:00 p.m. *shin Son, daughter of Ki Son and *young Lee, was baptized. Both pastors, the parents, and some members of the EM group were present and Edgar Chang
officiated the baptism. *shin will be leaving this Thursday to begin her studies at the University of California Irvine. Please continue to pray for her and her journey of faith in this new stage
of her life.

3. 다음주 예배 후에 청지기 모임이 있겠습니다.
There will be a stewards meeting after service next Sunday.

4. 이아브라함목사님과 사모님은 9월 12일(월)-17일(토)간 Maryland 작은 댁을 방문하신 후 9월 26일(월)에 한국으로 출발하십니다.
Pastor Lee and his wife will be traveling to Maryland to visit their son from 9/12 – 9/17 and then will be leaving for Korea 9/26.

5. 박*자 집사님은 9월 9일(금)- 10월 21일((금) 동안 한국을 방문 중이십니다. 여러분의 기도를 바랍니다.
Deaconess Park will be traveling to Korea from 9/9 – 10/21.  Please pray for her trip.

우리는 그가 만드신 바라 그리스도 예수 안에서 선한 일을 위하여 지으심을 받은 자니 이 일은 하나님이 전에 예비하사 우리로 그 가운데서 행하게하려 하심이니라
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
