담임목사 청빙을 위한 기도제목을 적어봅니다. 좀더 편집해서 교회에 공지해서 함께 기도하면 좋겠습니다.


1. 청빙 절차를 위하여
- 청빙의 모든 절차에 하나님의 도우심과 은혜가  넘치도록
- 사탄의 방해를 차단하고  교회가 성령으로 더욱 충만하게 하소서
- 청빙이 오직 기도로 시작되고 진행되길
- 우리 계획을 넘어 우리를 인도하는 하나님을 믿게 하소서
- 청빙 절차를 통해 모든 성도들이 마음을 모아 기도하는 시간이 되게 하소서
 
2. 청빙위원회를 위하여
- 거룩한 사명을 맡은 청빙위원회에 성령의 충만을 위해
- 7명의 청빙위원에게 오직 하나님의 도움을 구하는 겸손한 마음을 주소서
- 오직 기도로 주어진 사명을 감당하게 하소서
- 청빙위원회에 성령님 임재로  하나님의 음성에 민감하게 반응하고, 주의 인도에 순종하며 전진하게 하소서
- 사람 중심의 목소리를 묻혀주시고, 오직 하나님의 일만 드러나게 하소서

3. 청빙을 준비하는 교회를 위하여
- 새로운 세대를 기대하며 기도하는 교회가 되게 하소서
- 모든 일을 하나님이 이루실 것임을 믿는 교회가 되게 하소서
- 기도보다 앞서지 않게 하시고  오직 기도로 함께 감당하게 하소서
- 하나님께서 세우신 리더의 권위에 순종하며 한마음으로 나아가게 하소서
- 모든 성도들이 깨어 있어서 인간의 술수와 방법이 통하지 않게 하소서
 
4. 후임 목사님을 위하여
- 하나님을 사랑하고 아버지의 마음으로 성도를 사랑하는 목사님을 보내 주소서
- 건강한 목회 철학과 비전을 가지고 교회를 섬길 목사님을 보내 주소서
- 하나님의 마음에 맞는 목사님을 보내 주소서
- 신앙의 가치관과 신학적 해석의 변질되지 않고 복음의 핵심을 지킬 수 있는 목사님을 보내 주소서
- 기도와 말씀을 통한 예배와 목양, 그리고 교회 사역을 우선으로 하는 목사님을 보내 주소서

1. For the  search procedure
- May God's help and grace be upon all the procedures of the call
- Prevent satanic interference and let the church be more filled with the Holy Spirit
- May the calling be initiated and proceeded with prayer only
- Let us trust in God who guides us beyond our plans
- Through the search procedure, let all the saints have a time of unified prayer
 
2. For the search committee
- Grant the search committee, who is responsible for a holy mission, the fullness of the Holy Spirit
- Grant humility to the seven committee members, seeking only God's help
- Allow us to bear the given mission only through kneeling in prayer
- Filling of the Holy Spirit to the search committee, making them sensitive to God's voice, obedient to your guidance, and going forward
- Silence the people-centered voices and let only God's work be revealed
 
3. For the church preparing for the search
- Let the church be one that prays in anticipation of a new generation
- Let the church confess by faith that God will accomplish all things
- Do not allow us to go ahead of prayer, but to manage the church through prayer only
- Let us obey the authority of the leader established by God and move forward in one heart
- Let all the saints stay awake in prayer so that human tricks and methods do not work
 
4. For the succeeding pastor
- Send us a pastor who loves God and loves the saints with a father's heart
- Send us a pastor who serves the church with a healthy pastoral philosophy and vision
- Send us a pastor who is aligned with God's heart
- In this age where the distortion of values of faith and theological interpretation is common, send us a pastor who can preserve the core of the gospel
- Send us a pastor who prioritizes worship and pastoral care through prayer and the word, as well as church service.
