[ 레위기 15:19 - 15:33 ] (찬송419장)

여자의 유출과 부정 

19어떤 여인이 유출을 하되 그의 몸에 그의 유출이 피이면 이레 동안 불결하니 그를 만지는 자마다 저녁까지 부정할 것이요 20그가 불결할 동안에는 그가 누웠던 자리도 다 부정하며 그가 앉았던 자리도 다 부정한즉 21그의 침상을 만지는 자는 다 그의 옷을 빨고 물로 몸을 씻을 것이요 저녁까지 부정할 것이며 22그가 앉은 자리를 만지는 자도 다 그들의 옷을 빨고 물로 몸을 씻을 것이요 저녁까지 부정할 것이며 23그의 침상 위에나 그가 앉은 자리 위에 있는 것을 만지는 모든 자도 저녁까지 부정할 것이며 24누구든지 이 여인과 동침하여 그의 불결함에 전염되면 이레 동안 부정할 것이라 그가 눕는 침상은 다 부정하니라

 비정상적 유출과 정결 의식 

 25만일 여인의 피의 유출이 그의 불결기가 아닌데도 여러 날이 간다든지 그 유출이 그의 불결기를 지나도 계속되면 그 부정을 유출하는 모든 날 동안은 그 불결한 때와 같이 부정한즉 26그의 유출이 있는 모든 날 동안에 그가 눕는 침상은 그에게 불결한 때의 침상과 같고 그가 앉는 모든 자리도 부정함이 불결한 때의 부정과 같으니 27그것들을 만지는 자는 다 부정한즉 그의 옷을 빨고 물로 몸을 씻을 것이며 저녁까지 부정할 것이요 28그의 유출이 그치면 이레를 센 후에야 정하리니 29그는 여덟째 날에 산비둘기 두 마리나 집비둘기 새끼 두 마리를 자기를 위하여 가져다가 회막 문 앞 제사장에게로 가져갈 것이요 30제사장은 그 한 마리는 속죄제로, 다른 한 마리는 번제로 드려 유출로 부정한 여인을 위하여 여호와 앞에서 속죄할지니라

 유출 규례의 목적 

 31너희는 이와 같이 이스라엘 자손이 그들의 부정에서 떠나게 하여 그들 가운데에 있는 내 성막을 그들이 더럽히고 그들이 부정한 중에서 죽지 않도록 할지니라 32이 규례는 유출병이 있는 자와 설정함으로 부정하게 된 자와 33불결기의 앓는 여인과 유출병이 있는 남녀와 그리고 불결한 여인과 동침한 자에 대한 것이니라

19“When a woman has a discharge, and the discharge in her body is blood, she shall be in her menstrual impurity for seven days, and whoever touches her shall be unclean until the evening.20 And everything on which she lies during her menstrual impurity shall be unclean. Everything also on which she sits shall be unclean.21 And whoever touches her bed shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening.22 And whoever touches anything on which she sits shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening.23 Whether it is the bed or anything on which she sits, when he touches it he shall be unclean until the evening.24 And if any man lies with her and her menstrual impurity comes upon him, he shall be unclean seven days, and every bed on which he lies shall be unclean.25 “If a woman has a discharge of blood for many days, not at the time of her menstrual impurity, or if she has a discharge beyond the time of her impurity, all the days of the discharge she shall continue in uncleanness. As in the days of her impurity, she shall be unclean.26 Every bed on which she lies, all the days of her discharge, shall be to her as the bed of her impurity. And everything on which she sits shall be unclean, as in the uncleanness of her menstrual impurity.27 And whoever touches these things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening.28 But if she is cleansed of her discharge, she shall count for herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.29 And on the eighth day she shall take two turtledoves or two pigeons and bring them to the priest, to the entrance of the tent of meeting.30 And the priest shall use one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. And the priest shall make atonement for her before the LORD for her unclean discharge.31 “Thus you shall keep the people of Israel separate from their uncleanness, lest they die in their uncleanness by defiling my tabernacle that is in their midst.”32 This is the law for him who has a discharge and for him who has an emission of semen, becoming unclean thereby;33 also for her who is unwell with her menstrual impurity, that is, for anyone, male or female, who has a discharge, and for the man who lies with a woman who is unclean.
