1. 신명기 6:4-9
6:4 이스라엘아 들으라 우리 하나님 여호와는 오직 유일한 여호와이시니
5 너는 마음을 다하고 뜻을 다하고 힘을 다하여 네 하나님 여호와를 사랑하라
6 오늘 내가 네게 명하는 이 말씀을 너는 마음에 새기고
7 네 자녀에게 부지런히 가르치며 집에 앉았을 때에든지 길을 갈 때에든지 누워 있을 때에든지 일어날 때에든지 이 말씀을 강론할 것이며
8 너는 또 그것을 네 손목에 매어 기호를 삼으며 네 미간에 붙여 표로 삼고
9 또 네 집 문설주와 바깥 문에 기록할지니라
6:4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.
5 Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
6 These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts.
7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
8 Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.
9 Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.

2. 로마서 14:8
14:8 우리가 살아도 주를 위하여 살고 죽어도 주를 위하여 죽나니 그러므로 사나 죽으나 우리가 주의 것이로다
14:8 If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.

18:1 나의 힘이신 여호와여 내가 주를 사랑하나이다
18:1 For the director of music. Of David the servant of the LORD. He sang to the LORD the words of this song when the LORD delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. He said: I love you, O LORD, my strength.


4. 신명기 6:20-24
6:20 후일에 네 아들이 네게 묻기를 우리 하나님 여호와께서 명령하신 증거와 규례와 법도가 무슨 뜻이냐 하거든
21 너는 네 아들에게 이르기를 우리가 옛적에 애굽에서 바로의 종이 되었더니 여호와께서 권능의 손으로 우리를 애굽에서 인도하여 내셨나니
22 곧 여호와께서 우리의 목전에서 크고 두려운 이적과 기사를 애굽과 바로와 그의 온 집에 베푸시고
23 우리 조상들에게 맹세하신 땅을 우리에게 주어 들어가게 하시려고 우리를 거기서 인도하여 내시고
24 여호와께서 우리에게 이 모든 규례를 지키라 명령하셨으니 이는 우리가 우리 하나님 여호와를 경외하여 항상 복을 누리게 하기 위하심이며 또 여호와께서 우리를 오늘과 같이 살게 하려 하심이라
6:20 In the future, when your son asks you, "What is the meaning of the stipulations, decrees and laws the LORD our God has commanded you "
21 tell him: "We were slaves of Pharaoh in Egypt, but the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand.
22 Before our eyes the LORD sent miraculous signs and wonders-- great and terrible-- upon Egypt and Pharaoh and his whole household.
23 But he brought us out from there to bring us in and give us the land that he promised on oath to our forefathers.
24 The LORD commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear the LORD our God, so that we might always prosper and be kept alive, as is the case today.

5. 출애굽기 12:21-28
12:21 모세가 이스라엘 모든 장로를 불러서 그들에게 이르되 너희는 나가서 너희의 가족대로 어린 양을 택하여 유월절 양으로 잡고
22 우슬초 묶음을 가져다가 그릇에 담은 피에 적셔서 그 피를 문 인방과 좌우 설주에 뿌리고 아침까지 한 사람도 자기 집 문 밖에 나가지 말라
23 여호와께서 애굽 사람들에게 재앙을 내리려고 지나가실 때에 문 인방과 좌우 문설주의 피를 보시면 여호와께서 그 문을 넘으시고 멸하는 자에게 너희 집에 들어가서 너희를 치지 못하게 하실 것임이니라
24 너희는 이 일을 규례로 삼아 너희와 너희 자손이 영원히 지킬 것이니
25 너희는 여호와께서 허락하신 대로 너희에게 주시는 땅에 이를 때에 이 예식을 지킬 것이라
26 이 후에 너희의 자녀가 묻기를 이 예식이 무슨 뜻이냐 하거든
27 너희는 이르기를 이는 여호와의 유월절 제사라 여호와께서 애굽 사람에게 재앙을 내리실 때에 애굽에 있는 이스라엘 자손의 집을 넘으사 우리의 집을 구원하셨느니라 하라 하매 백성이 머리 숙여 경배하니라
28 이스라엘 자손이 물러가서 그대로 행하되 여호와께서 모세와 아론에게 명령하신 대로 행하니라
12:21 Then Moses summoned all the elders of Israel and said to them, "Go at once and select the animals for your families and slaughter the Passover lamb.
22 Take a bunch of hyssop, dip it into the blood in the basin and put some of the blood on the top and on both sides of the doorframe. Not one of you shall go out the door of his house until morning.
23 When the LORD goes through the land to strike down the Egyptians, he will see the blood on the top and sides of the doorframe and will pass over that doorway, and he will not permit the destroyer to enter your houses and strike you down.
24 "Obey these instructions as a lasting ordinance for you and your descendants.
25 When you enter the land that the LORD will give you as he promised, observe this ceremony.
26 And when your children ask you, "What does this ceremony mean to you "
27 then tell them, "It is the Passover sacrifice to the LORD, who passed over the houses of the Israelites in Egypt and spared our homes when he struck down the Egyptians."" Then the people bowed down and worshiped.
28 The Israelites did just what the LORD commanded Moses and Aaron.

6. 히브리서 11:8-10
11:8 믿음으로 아브라함은 부르심을 받았을 때에 순종하여 장래의 유업으로 받을 땅에 나아갈새 갈 바를 알지 못하고 나아갔으며
9 믿음으로 그가 이방의 땅에 있는 것 같이 약속의 땅에 거류하여 동일한 약속을 유업으로 함께 받은 이삭 및 야곱과 더불어 장막에 거하였으니
10 이는 그가 하나님이 계획하시고 지으실 터가 있는 성을 바랐음이라
11:8 By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going.
9 By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise.
10 For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.
